​​Linda Gerber grew up in the shadows of the Rocky Mountains in Utah. She studied history at her hometown university before giving in to wanderlust and setting off to see the world. She’s since lived in three countries and visited dozens more.

Many of these faraway locales feature starring roles in her books, including Now and Zen, The Finnish Line, the Lights, Camera Cassidy series, and the best-selling Death by Bikini series. Her books have been honored with ALA Popular Paperback picks, Junior Library Guild selections, readers’ choice, and recommended reads awards.

Gerber currently lives and writes in North Carolina with her husband Aaron and naughty senior-dog-who-thinks-she’s-a-puppy Kali.
